Welcome to LegalScope.ai (“LegalScope,” “we,”“us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern youraccess to and use of the LegalScope website, platform, forms, communications,and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to theseTerms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About LegalScope

LegalScope is a legal marketing and lead generation platformbuilt for attorneys and law firms. The Platform promotes LegalScope’sterritory-exclusive marketing services for law firms handling practice areassuch as Traffic, DUI, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury, includingcounty-based exclusivity and direct-to-intake lead transfers, as reflected onthe current site.

LegalScope is not a law firm and does not providelegal advice or legal representation.

2. Business Use Only

The Platform is intended primarily for use by attorneys, lawfirms, and authorized representatives of law firms who are exploring,purchasing, or using LegalScope’s marketing services.

By using the Platform on behalf of a law firm or businessentity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to theseTerms.

3. No Legal Advice

All content on the Platform is provided for general businessand informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legaladvice, legal opinion, ethics advice, advertising-law compliance advice, orprofessional advice of any kind.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your useof LegalScope’s services complies with all applicable laws, bar rules, ethicsrules, solicitation rules, privacy laws, and attorney advertising requirementsin your jurisdiction.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of the Platform does not create an attorney-clientrelationship between you and LegalScope.

LegalScope provides marketing, lead generation,intake-routing, and related technology/business services only.

5. Service Availability and Practice Areas

The site currently advertises service availability inselected states and practice areas, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania,Virginia, and Florida, with varying practice-area availability by state.Availability may change at any time.

Nothing on the Platform guarantees that a county, state,practice area, or exclusive territory is currently available unless confirmedby LegalScope in writing.

6. County Exclusivity

LegalScope markets certain services on a county-exclusivebasis and states that only one firm may be accepted per county.

Any exclusivity, reservation, hold, protected territory, ormarket lock is valid only if:

  1. LegalScope confirms it in writing, and
  2. the applicable client remains active and in good standing under a separate written service agreement.

Submitting a form, requesting availability, or speaking withLegalScope does not by itself reserve a county or create exclusivity rights.

7. Leads, Transfers, and No Guaranteed Results

The Platform describes services including AI-enhanced leadqualification, real-time routing, and direct-to-intake transfers.

Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement:

  • LegalScope does not guarantee any specific number of leads, consults, calls, signed cases, clients, revenue, return on ad spend, or legal fees.
  • LegalScope does not guarantee that any lead will be retained, qualified to your standards, financially viable, or suitable for representation.
  • LegalScope does not guarantee exclusivity unless separately confirmed in writing.
  • LegalScope does not guarantee that any lead or transfer will convert into a consultation, signed engagement, or paying client.

Any “guarantee,” minimum performance threshold, non-paymentpromise, or service-level commitment advertised on the site is subject to thespecific terms of a separate written agreement between LegalScope and the lawfirm. The site currently uses the phrase “WE DELIVER CLIENTS OR YOU DON’T PAY,”but any such offer must be read subject to the governing service agreement.

8. No Endorsement of Any Law Firm

LegalScope may market, route, or transfer leads toparticipating law firms, but LegalScope does not endorse, certify, or guaranteethe quality, skill, ethics, licensing status, or fitness of any law firm.

Each law firm is solely responsible for:

  • its own intake process,
  • attorney-client agreements,
  • fee arrangements,
  • legal work,
  • compliance obligations,
  • and client outcomes.

9. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Platform, includingcontact details, firm details, state, county, practice area, intakepreferences, or other business information, you represent that:

  • the information is accurate,
  • you have the right to provide it,
  • and you authorize LegalScope to use it to contact you, evaluate service     availability, and discuss or provide services.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, orinfringing information.

10. Communications and SMS Consent

By submitting your information through the Platform or checking an applicable consent box, you agree that LegalScope may contact you by phone, email, and SMS/text message regarding your account, onboarding, billing, service updates, support matters, and related marketing communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase.

11. Separate Service Agreements Control

If your law firm purchases or uses LegalScope services,those services may also be governed by a separate proposal, insertion order,marketing agreement, county exclusivity agreement, service agreement, orsimilar written contract.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a separatelysigned written agreement, the signed written agreement controls with respect tothe purchased services.

12. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Website access alone does not obligate you to pay any fee.

Any paid services, billing terms, invoicing cycle, minimumcommitments, refunds, credits, guarantees, county rights, or cancellation ruleswill be governed by the applicable written agreement between LegalScope and theclient law firm.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination ofservice, removal of exclusivity protections, and reassignment of territory,subject to the governing agreement.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose,
  • interfere with Platform operation,
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
  • scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit Platform content without permission,
  • misrepresent your identity, law firm, or authority,
  • use the Platform in a way that infringes the rights of LegalScope or others.

We may suspend or block access for violations.

14. Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use ofLegalScope services complies with:

  • attorney advertising rules,
  • solicitation rules,
  • privacy and data protection laws,
  • TCPA and similar calling/texting laws,
  • consumer protection laws,
  • and any state bar or court rules applicable to your practice.

LegalScope does not warrant that the Platform or servicesare compliant for your specific jurisdiction, firm structure, or use case.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, branding,logos, page layouts, graphics, software, and marketing materials, is owned byLegalScope or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish,display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content withoutprior written permission, except as necessary for ordinary use of the Platform.

16. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party tools,telecom providers, CRM systems, intake tools, payment processors, analyticsservices, advertising systems, or other external services.

LegalScope is not responsible for third-party systems,outages, performance, content, security, or policies.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALSCOPE DISCLAIMSALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, ANDPERFORMANCE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LEGALSCOPE DOES NOT WARRANTTHAT:

  • THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE,
  • LEADS OR TRANSFERS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS,
  • ANY COUNTY WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE,
  • ANY MARKETING CAMPAIGN WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC RESULT,
  • OR ANY USER OF THE PLATFORM WILL BECOME A CLIENT OF YOUR FIRM.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALSCOPE AND ITSAFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERSSHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA,GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, ARISING OUT OF ORRELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALSCOPE’S TOTALLIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOTEXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. $100, or
  2. THE AMOUNT PAID DIRECTLY TO LEGALSCOPE BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LegalScopeand its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners fromand against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses,including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Platform,
  • your law firm’s advertising or solicitation practices,
  • your violation of these Terms,
  • your violation of law or professional rules,
  • or your infringement of any third-party rights.

20. Modifications to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of thePlatform at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension,discontinuation, or removal of features, territories, or offerings.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Termsbecome effective when posted on the Platform unless another date is stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms areposted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to thePlatform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated theseTerms or used the Platform improperly.

Any provisions that by their nature should survivetermination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity,limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NewJersey, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

24. Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or thePlatform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located inNew Jersey, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, theremaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Platform and, togetherwith any applicable written service agreement, form the complete understandingbetween you and LegalScope regarding the subject matter addressed here.
